Dajani Consulting, Inc. was co- founded in 2011 by Zaid Al-Dajani and May Qaddoumi with a single purpose – “Do What is Best for the Customer.” To realize that purpose Dajani Consulting has developed an unstoppable team of experts with this common goal.
We have developed our purpose over time and are solution-based consultants that believe in finding the right technology for our customers and tailoring solutions to get the desired results. While we might favor certain technologies and methodologies, we remain devoted to the belief that remaining objective to available technologies enables the Dajani team to deliver value to clients. Our team exceeds expectations with this mindset and methodology.
As a California-based technology firm, our experts collaborate as true partners and devise solutions for public sector projects and needs, including high-profile, legislatively mandated initiatives. We are exceedingly passionate about our service in public sector communities.

THE TEAM
Zaid Al-Dajani, CEO, CIO
Zaid Al-Dajani is the CEO and co-founder of Dajani Consulting Since 2011, Mr. Al-Dajani has provided executive leadership for numerous public sector projects and established Dajani Consulting as a trusted partner to the State of California. As part of our commitment to the success of all projects, Mr. Al-Dajani will provide contract management support and executive management support.
Zaid believes in a People First way of life and business. As a human, a leader, and as part of a team, energizing and galvanizing others gives him a sense of fulfillment. He believes that execution eats strategy for breakfast and implementation is best in the maximization of proven technologies.
Christina Stone, HR Manager
Christina Stone began her career with Dajani Consulting in 2021 as a Technical Recruiter. She quickly established herself as an asset to the company with her dedication, commitment to the company’s purpose, and drive to succeed. Christina was promoted to HR manager in 2023, where she has noticeably added value to the many benefits the company offers its employees and consultants.
Christina believes in fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment to drive positive change while ensuring our team, the organization’s greatest asset, has what they need to thrive.

Aslam Ahmed has been a Project and Program Manager with Dajani Consulting for seven years and is one of our most effective leaders. He collaborates on a variety of client projects to which he ensures success by working closely with the team to evaluate, understand, and complete objectives. Albert Nong joined Dajani Consulting in 2018 as a system architect. He brought years of experience delivering custom mission-critical enterprise-wide information technology solutions for the public sector to Dajani and quickly proved himself indispensable. He is a valued member of the Dajani team for his exemplary communication, assessment, and problem-resolution abilities. He exemplifies our philosophy of collaborating to achieve the best solutions for our customers and does so with a winning attitude and disposition.

Luis is an expert Software Developer and architect with over 14 years’ experience designing, developing, and managing large-scale enterprise software across various industries. A thinker, initiative-taker, and multi-dimensional professional, Luis combines exceptional logical and analytical skills with a passion for empowering others. He has enhanced our development capabilities by implementing best practices and robust coding standards. Through comprehensive code reviews and innovative solution designs, he strengthens our internal projects and client deliverables. His contributions have been instrumental in building scalable and efficient development infrastructure for organizations.

Database Architect
Raghavendra Vulinga is our “jack of all trades” technology guru. In the two years he has been with Dajani his enthusiasm, work ethic, and skills have lifted him into leadership roles. He is a Data and systems expert with over 16 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse Design & Development, Data Migration, and Data Architecture experience over the banking, telecoms, government, manufacturing and retail industries. He manages overall data architecture, defines data architecture strategy and designs and implements architectures. He translates business requirements into technology requirements and defines data standards and principles. Ragu is responsible for visualizing and designing enterprise data management frameworks both on-premises and cloud technologies. He defines the data architecture framework, standards, and principles, including modelling, metadata, security, reference data, such as product codes and client categories, and master data.
Raghavendra believes in accountability, integrity, and hard work. His philosophy is to undertake every task with perseverance.
